Personal play and ownership
Visitors may play Hexa Stack and read its guides for personal, lawful entertainment. Original source code, rule expression, text, artwork, sound, interface, and brand are protected by applicable rights unless a component license states otherwise. Public access does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, automate abusive traffic, bypass security controls, distribute modified copies under the Hexa Stack identity, falsely imply affiliation, or violate another party's rights. Reasonable browser inspection, accessibility tools, gameplay recording, discussion, and personal score sharing are permitted.
Availability and state
The game is provided on an as-available basis. Browser updates, graphics drivers, device limits, network failures, or maintenance may interrupt play. Saved runs and scores are not guaranteed to persist after local data is cleared, and no cash value or transferable entitlement attaches to any score or level.
Feedback and changes
Gameplay feedback may be used to improve balance and accessibility without an obligation to implement or compensate for suggestions. Terms may change as the service evolves.
